(Jamma) – Potrebbe arrivare presto la conferma della fusione/acquisizione tra Gamenet e Cogetech. A quanto risulta alla agenzia Agimeg infatti sarebbero in fase molto avanzata le trattative che porterebbero Cogetech ad essere incorporata da Gamenet.
L’acquisto/fusione verrebbe realizzata da Gamenet parte in contanti parte attraverso la cessione di azioni. Dalla fusione delle due aziende nascerebbe un soggetto che potrebbe vantare un posizionamento importante nel mercato dell’intrattenimento, con circa 70 mila Newslot sparse sul territorio.
